Studio Guidelines Regarding Mask Use & Distancing
Please wear a face mask/face covering when entering the studio. You may find single use, disposable masks significantly easier to breath in while being active.
We ask that you do not enter the studio earlier than 10 minutes prior to your class start time.
Bring more than one mask or face covering so you can change it when the one you are wearing becomes wet.
Upon entering please apply hand sanitizer that is located inside the front door.
The instructor will then guide you to the station that you will use during class.
Please stay within your marked area. If you need to access the washroom please advise the instructor so that she/he can assist in the maintenance of 6 feet from other participants.
Unfortunately, knee pads will no longer be available to borrow. Grip aids can no longer be shared.
For pole classes: You will be provided with a fresh cloth and your own spray bottle with rubbing alcohol in it for cleaning your pole. Your pole has been cleaned before your arrival. Please wipe your pole down again before class and again at the end of class. As always, wipe down your pole as many times as required during the class to assist in maintaining a good grip with pole.
Please keep these items in your stations bin along with other personal items such as a water bottle and grip aids.
Ensure you have removed all grip aids from your pole at the end of class. Microfiber towels are available to remove iTac from your pole.
For aerial hoop: The hoops are covered in hockey tape and are saturated with Lysol disinfectant and left to air dry after each use.
During class, should your exertion level become moderate to heavy and you need to remove your mask, you can. Move to the area in your station that is the furthest away from others. Apply hand sanitizer and remove your mask. This is also a good time for a water break! Apply hand sanitizer before reapplying your mask.
If you require physical assistance from the instructor you must be wearing a mask. The instructor will also be wearing a mask.
If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask.
